Great Rann Of Kutch

The Great Rann Of Kutch is the world largest salt desert in the state of Gujarat. This place is inhabited by the Kutchi people.  The long stretch of salty marsh is a treat to the eye whenever u visit it. There is no season boundation to this place.  With a barren land that stretches out towards the horizon, surrounded by hills and some fascinating villages, this is definitely one of the must see destinations in India.

Ahmedabad

One of the largest city in the state of Gujarat, Ahmedabad is also known as Amdavad. It is situated on the banks of Sabarmati river, mostly known for its tourist attractions. It is famous for its cotton textiles, street food places, diamond cutting and Sabarmati Ashram. 

Gir National Park

Gir National Park, one of the Top Parks to See Wildlife in India, is the only place in the world where the Asiatic lion can now be found. The area is well protected due to the great stretch of vegetation and other species residing in this sanctuary. There are plenty of other reasons to visit Gir, hyenas, leopards and over 250 species of birds are found here.

Dwarka

One of the most sacred char dham Hindu pilgrimage sites and seven most ancient sapta puri religious cities in India, Dwarka was once the home town of Lord Shri Krishna and the first capital of Gujarat.  The Krishna Janmashtami festival is a major event there. Of special importance are Dwarkadhish Temple, built around 200 BC.

Sun Temple, Modhera

The peaceful village of Modhera is home to one of the most significant sun temples in India. Built in the 11th century by Solanki dynasty rulers, it's dedicated to Surya the Sun God. The temple is a substantial structure, consisting of a carved stepped tank, assembly hall, and main shrine. It's covered in intricate stone sculptures. The sanctum is positioned in a way that it receives the first rays of the morning sun at the equinox.

Somnath

Devotees flock to this spiritual city, home to Somnath Temple, one of the most adorned Shiva temples. Built on the Chalukya style of architecture, it reflects the skills of Somaputra Salats.
Mahashivratri is celebrated in a big way here. A colorful religious fair is also held every year on Kartik Purnima.

Mandvi

The beachside town of Mandvi has long been a favourite holiday destination with its sandy beach and sparkling sea, it is a great place to go boating or even jet-ski. It is a unique town that captures the true colours of Gujarat- Kutchi culture. There is also the Maharaja’s Palace that has the best view in town.
