Kalighat temple: this is an ancient kali temple

Ghum:
Ghum is another important religious center located at the distance of 7
kms from the city of Darjeeling. It is home to the number of colorful
monasteries. The best way to access that place is through toy train. YigaCholingGompa
, the region’s most famous monastery, has wonderful old murals and is home to
30 monks of the Gelugpa school.
